Performance is generally reviewed on an annual basis with an emphasis on setting goals and employee development.  We offer recognition awards for those who go above and beyond their typical job duties.  Service awards are given for the landmark anniversaries (5 year increments).  To recognize our employees for their effort and dedication, there is typically an annual employee appreciation event.
